Scott McCulloch, Senior Director
Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and Management, with strong career coaching credentials; training 3 All Americans in recent years, and multiple Top 10 American and European juniors. McCulloch himself was also a former top Australian Junior, then touring professionally for 2.5 years, winning multiple singles and doubles titles throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. Scott has operated overnight and day camp programs in Ohio, Florida, Texas and California since 2005.
Duncan was born in Aberdeen, United Kingdom, raised in Scotland and brings a strong background in tennis coaching and development. He graduated from Aberdeen College where he studied Sports Coaching. He held multiple teaching positions in the UK before joining CDT in 2013. Most recently, he was the Head Tennis Professional at In-Shape Browns Valley. Duncan enjoys working with Juniors & Adults of all levels and his session full of laughter & fun!
Originally from the United Kingdom, Sarah has a stellar resume of coaching experience. Mentored by Judy Murray (British Fed Cup Coach, and Andy Murray’s mother), and Lucy Ahl (UK #1 Laura Robson’s coach), Sarah worked as a high performance coach for David Lloyd Leisure and the UK Lawn Tennis Association before moving to the US and serving as program director at the John Newcombe Country Club in Texas. Sarah has been in California with Cliff Drysdale/In-Shape since 2013 and has built a hugely popular junior and adult program in Fairfield since she arrived!

Originally from Sherwood Forest England, Etchells played county and university tennis before earning his coaching qualifications with both the LTA and the PTR. Steve has held director positions around the country, including most recently at Arrowhead, Vail. Steve's energy and passion for tennis will leave a lasting impression on all campers!

Hailing from Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, Harry joined the Cliff Drysdale team in the Tennis Professional Advancement program in 2014. He is certified level 3 LTA teaching pro and has over 10 years of experience. He taught at prestigious locations such as the John Newcombe Country Club before moving to Marina, where he grew into the role of Assistant Director. He was promoted to Director of Tennis in January 2018. Harry's on-court energy and enthusiasm is unmatched; come see for yourself! Campers are always coming back for more after a week with Harry.

Stewart hails from sunny Scotland in the United Kingdom and has an experienced background in tennis, both as a player and coach. As a player, Stewart was a Scotland International representative and was coached by Judy Murray (mother to former world no.1 Andy Murray). Stewart's passion for the sport has transferred to his coaching career, where he has utilized his Bachelor's degree in Sports Science and LTA coaching certifications to provide fun filled tennis experiences for children of all ages. Having managed a number of sports camps over the past two years, Stewart and his team at Tracy always ensure their kids leave with big smiles on their faces after an action packed day at Tracy Sports Camp.
Aaron was raised next door in Benica, California and graduated from CSU Northridge in 2005 with a BA in Psychology. Aaron has over 12 years experience teaching tennis and being a part of camps up and down the California coast with campers and players of all ages and levels. Aaron will never be caught without a smile on his face and FUN is the first word that will come out of your child’s mouth when asked about a week with Aaron in camp!
Jason played Division 1 tennis at Central Connecticut State University as a scholarship athlete where he was awarded numerous singles and doubles achievements. Most recently, Jason has earned the #1 singles ranking in Napa/Solano county. As a coach, Jason has worked with many students that have gone on to compete collegiately at schools such as NC State, Army, and Villanova, among others. Jason’s passion for tennis is his biggest asset.
