CAMP FAQS

  • What does my child need to bring with them to camp?

  • Please refer to our general information tab to find a list of items that your child should bring with them each day to camp

  • Do you separate children by age and grade?

  • We do separate the kids by age at the start of the week, but if a child would like to be in a group to be with a friend or sibling we are happy to make sure that they are able to do so. If any group changes are necessary our camp counselor will make those changes through the week.

  • Should my camper enroll in multiple weeks of camp?

  • That is your choice. We do have a lot of campers that register for multiple weeks of camp throughout the summer, some switch between the sports camp and the ultimate sports camp.

  • Do you accept “walk up” registrations?

  • We do accept walk ins if space is available, however the online registration must be completed that morning for your child to be accepted into camp.

  • Do I need to complete any health forms for my child to participate?

  • On our registration form there is a section to fill out indicating if your child has an allergies, medication or conditions that our staff need to be aware of. We take every precaution with all of our campers and you are encouraged to see our staff on check in to go over any medication or conditions.

  • Can we request that my camper be placed in a group with another camper (buddy requests)?

  • Absolutely, we will always try to accommodate all requests as it is our goal to make sure that your child has the ultimate week of camp.

  • What is the swimming test procedure?

  • Each child will do an individual supervised swim test with a counselor on the first day of camp. If your child can not swim please let our team know upon dropping your child off and provide instructions to if they are permitted in the pool with a life vest that you must provide.

  • How do you handle inclement weather?

  • Rain, hail or shine camp goes on. Each facility is set up differently so we will always make adjustments to the camp schedule with the wet weather but fun will be had no matter what the weather forecast is.

  • What precautions do you take to handle the summer heat?

  • We make sure that the kids receive plenty of shade breaks and water breaks throughout the day. Also we let all campers know in our orientation that they can ask to take a break if they are feeling a little overheated.

  • Can I sign up for the day and not the full week?

  • You can purchase either a week of camp or the day of camp at all of our locations but the registration form has to be filled out.
